Are you currently experiencing dental pain or swelling? Is your family dentist’s office closed due to the COVID-19 pandemic?
Our offices are OPEN and seeing new and existing patients for emergency dental services in an effort to keep emergency rooms and urgent care sites available for emergency medical services.
In response to guidance from the Ohio State Dental Board and Federal, State and Local governments and agencies, the Dental Center of Northwest Ohio will remain open during the Coronavirus outbreak with services limited to emergency treatment. We will see patients with active pain or with a history of pain, abscesses, and infection; all routine cleanings and periodic exams have been canceled effective immediately and until such a time that the Ohio Dental Association recommends that they can be resumed.
Again, our goal is to keep dental patients out of emergency rooms and urgent care facilities. If you have pain, a concern about your oral health or a question regarding an appointment or procedure please call:
- Toledo area patients, please call us at 419-241-6215.
- Findlay area patients, please call 419-422-7664.
- Van Wert area patients, please call 419-910-9383.
- Liberty Center area patients, please call the Toledo practice at 419-241-6215.
If you have a fever, dry cough, shortness of breath or have been out of the country in the last 14 days, please let us know (you may also want to call your family doctor).
The Dental Center of Northwest Ohio is concerned for both our communities and for our staff. In accordance with Governor DeWine’s order and further recommendations, our doctors and staff are actively monitoring their own health by taking their temperatures and leaving the clinical areas at any sign of un-health. The practices have appropriate safety, sanitization and other supplies to maintain a healthy clinical environment and ensure that measures are taken with each patient to eliminate the chance for exposure to germs and bacteria.
