The Dental Center of Northwest Ohio is always interested in securing good dentists to support our mission. To that end, you are invited to submit your curriculum vitae for further consideration. Whether you are brand new to the practice of dentistry and looking for a collegial environment, or you are highly experienced and interested in providing guidance to students and residents – or somewhere in between – we have positions available. As a dentist with our organization, you have the flexibility to determine the days you want to work and whether you prefer fulltime or part-time employment. We are seeking currently seeking the following: Seeking Staff Dentist to work for Dental Center of Northwest Ohio to work full-time in Toledo, Ohio (Lucas County) to diagnose and treat problems with a patient’s teeth, gums, and other parts of the mouth. A Staff Dentist will also provide advice and instruction on taking care of teeth and gums and on diet choices that affect oral health. The Staff Dentist will carry out dental treatments including professional teeth cleaning, dental restorations, prosthodontic and endodontic therapy, oral surgery, and will perform examinations, take x-rays, and prescribe medication. He or she will additionally meet with new or prospective patients, prepare patients for treatment, and track the progress of their treatment. The Staff Dentist will be assisted by a supporting team, including dental assistants and dental hygienists, who will assist in providing oral health services. Must have excellent interpersonal communication skills. Candidates must hold a valid degree in dental surgery and must possess an unrestricted license to practice dental medicine in Ohio.
